About Our Client

Our client is a global financial services organisation based in the City of London.

They are seeking a Senior React Developer (iOS, Android) - Investment Banking, to work as a developer on project team.

This is a day rate 6 month (Inside IR35) contract.

Job Description

The successful Senior React Developer (iOS, Android) - Investment Banking, will be part of the technology business and working as part of the team who are responsible for:

Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the applicationsWork closely with the other developers and solution architects in determining and following best development and architecture practicePropose and provide feedback from experience/knowledge on architecture, design and technology choices for the Research & Content platformsPropose and provide feedback on implementation plans, and technology direction of the platformParticipate actively in collaborative team meetings and voice opinionsMaintain and further improve the quality of deliveries and secure iterationsContinuously improve the methods usedFully participate in requirement and design meetings for new functionalityThe Successful Applicant

The successful Senior React Developer (iOS, Android) - Investment Banking will have:Expert in React development for Mobile Web Application (Runnning on IOS and Android) with proven experience of implementation and delivery.Expert in HTML React responsive web developmentExpert in PWA and Service WorkersExpert in Web Security (OAuth2, JWT)Expert in Api ConsumingStrong knowledge of the release process of mobile applicationStrong knowledge of the testing process of mobile applicationProven experience in technology, especially with the analysis, design, development and implementation of complex critical systemsSeveral years software development experience with at least 3-5 years in an investment banking environment, or equivalentExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsExcellent knowledge of programming best practices, design patterns etc.Experience in project and/or agile planning of project and development deliverableKnowledge of communications protocols and the uses of messagingTypescript/Javascript + htmlNode + npmFramework dependant : React ou AngularJenkins + BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) or TDD (Test ....)

What's On Offer

Our client is a Financial Services business, and is offering up to £850 daily (Inside IR35) for a six month contract with hybrid working based in the City of London.
